What a delicious twist on traditional stuffed peppers! Serve with warm rolls, tall glasses of Nestea with a twist of lime, and sliced melon for dessert.

1 (24 oz.) package frozen beef fajitas, prepared according to package directions 4 medium red, green or yellow bell peppers, cut in half, seeds removed and blanched 1/2 cup fat free sour cream

FILL pepper halves with beef fajitas; top with sour cream.
